The Broken Arrow Community Coalition seeks to maintain the character of the Morgan Road CFA so that it will remain a peaceful destination for residents and visitors attracted to the natural beauty of the Munds Wilderness Preserve.

WE HAVE A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THE FUTURE OF SEDONA.  Over-commercialization at the expense of our residential communities is a mistake that cannot be undone.  To allow business expansion when there are unresolved issues pertaining to business legality and sizing is an obvious mistake.

The application denial of October 25, 2017 and the city prevailing in AZ Superior and Court of Appeals does not mean this matter is over!  Despite the active court order against their business, Son Silver West is still refusing to comply to the terms they agreed upon in their 1992 conditional use permit.  This permit, signed by the Robsons, defines the grandfathered limitations on the business that allow it to exist in a residential community today.

 

ON OCTOBER 30, 2018, SON SILVER WEST SUFFERED A SWEEPING LOSS ON APPEAL.  ALL SEDONA BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FINDINGS WERE UPHELD OR REINSTATED.
